Covid19 positive with double pneumonia i have never had a fever and no cough. is it normal to be sweating like crazy, resting hr 120, oxygen 95. not sure why i was sent home to fight this beast.

Monitor temp: A secondary illness may be possible, monitor your temperature and report fever. The cough may linger, but you should not experience worsening difficulty breathing. If this occurs, please have a follow up call to your physician. A follow up chest image is indicated in the next several weeks or if there is worsening. Rest, stay home and drink fluids.
