Respiratory : If she is comfortable on room air, an overnight study of her breathing including pulse oximetry and EKG may be helpful. The room air oxygen saturation may vary and can decrease during the day and night. Her supplemental oxygen may be provided at home and home nursing arranged, when she is ready to be discharged. A follow up HRCT is suggested.

Discharge if over 95: If over 95 in room air and x-ray negative , no crackles on the lungs when they listen she will be discharged in my opinion.
