I got confused with my bc pills because of a time zone change but didnt miss any but am sexually active. i rarely get a normal period so how do i know that im safe if i dont actually bleed this month. most months its just the brown stuff & no blood?

Safe: If you took all your BCPs regardless of the time zone change, you are safe. Since your periods are not normal you can't use that to judge.
