Allergies! other ?: Post nasal drainage with a stuffy itch nose and throat sounds allergic. With the current epidemic, cough with excessive mucus production is one of the warning symptoms. Use a nasal steroid, like flonase and nasal saline sprays but keep an eye in shortness of breath with activity and talking, a fever and if that is the case check with your doctor.
