Pain in your scrotum: Pain in your testicle can be anything from a minor inconvenience to an emergency. Is the pain intolerable? Do you have a fever? Is the scrotum swelling? If so you may need to get to an urgent care center. Less urgent would be an inguinal hernia, and a swelling in the tubing like a spermatocele or varicocele.
