Should have an exam.: Testicular pain can be caused by many things, such as infection or decreased blood supply. Common causes of ejaculatory pain are epididymitis and dilated blood vessels (varicocele) which can cause an aching sensation. Other causes: orchitis or testicular torsion (which is serious). See your doc for a physical exam to exclude the more serious causes of testicular pain.

Swelling of testes: The slang for this condition is " blue balls". The testicles are surrounded by a membrane called fhs tunica vaginalis. When you are sexually aroused your testes may then cause you pain.
