Left testicle pain: Could be epididymitis. may need antibiotics to treat for E coli or chlamydia or gardnerella or mycoplasma ( Rocephin (ceftriaxone) + levaquin), rarely could be hernia or stone.( usually small non significant stone) f/u/ w/ doc

Urologist: Several possibilities here but the best thing to do is see a urologist or your primary care doc. He or she can check for possible hernia or torsion to be safe. Peace and good health.
