Either one: Pregnancy puts unique strain on your body requiring a higher level of nutrition. Pregnancy vitamins can help supplement a normal nutritious diet. The only difference between Chela Preg and PregOmega is the higher level of Omega 3 and a higher cost in the latter. The most important part of pregnancy vitamins is the folate and iron. Omega 3 can be found in fish and seafood.
