Periodontist: Gingivitis or peridontal pathology are usual causes of these symptoms. Has your dentist already advised you? If so, consult A periodontist as he/she specializes in gum disorders.

Gums: Gingivitis is commonly caused by infections, but vitamin deficiencies can be factor or medications. I would recommend a visit with a dentist.
