Hi i'm an udult and have recently discovered that my left testicle may have not descended or may have retracted to the groin area indefinetily. i can feel it with my fingers on my groin area but it won't go back to the scrotum.. please advis?

Consult a surgeon: If it is in your groin it can likely be brought down into the scrotum where it would function better. Whether or not this is the proper approach to your case would be determined by an in person evaluation by a surgeon or urologist.
