Probably: I assume this is a brand of magnesium supplement, perhaps to help constipation ? Most likely it is safe to use according to package directions, though it is always best to ask your obstetrician first. If constipation is an issue, increased fluids (especially water) & fibre & walking can help, & Miralax (polyethylene glycol) or Metamucil (psyllium) are both very safe

Cautiously: You should check with your obstetrician before taking any prescription or nonprescription medications. Have you been found to have magnesium deficiency? Magnesium may interfere with uterine contractions in the last trimester and for this reason, it's important to ask your obstetrician whether you should take slo mag.

No: you need less than 400mg a day. The best source is magnesium rich foods such as nuts, grains, seeds, beans, green leafy veg, avacados, bananas, dates, figs, shellfish, fatty fish. I would avoid fish in pregnanacy because of the dangers of heavy metals in almost all fish these days. Slomag is 64 mg manesium . Not really necessary if you have a good diet. Do not take more than one tablet twice a day
