TCM: From a traditional chinese medicine standpoint, the healthiest way to drink water is a room temperature. The concepts are a little complex ; come from the perspective of eastern medicine. A 30-year-old female asked:
Hi, is it safe to use a hot water bottle during pregnancy and would it affect the baby in any way?

Safe: It is safe to use a hot water bottle occasionally during pregnancy. You don't want to do anything that will really raise your core body temperature, like taking really hot baths or using a hot tub. but a water bottle should be fine.
