Guaiac Test!: I'd bring a stool sample to your pediatrician,to run a guaiac test.Mild protein allergies often get overlooked.If the test comes back positive for microscopic blood in the stool,it reflects irritation and inflammation w/in the gut.More common than people realize.If positive,GI docs will tell you to go right to Alimentum/Nutramigen,as 20-30% of milk protein allergies can have concurrent soy issues.
