Hi there. after exercising for 30 minutes i feel shaky and light headed. this happens every time i exercise. the last time i saw a doctor, she noticed that my iron levels are low. should i see a doctor?

Not a bad idea: Ideally same doc who will have access to your blood work and comment on possible connection with your symptoms. Make sure you hydrate well before exercise and reduce either duration or intensity in the interim.

Agree with Dr. P: In addition to seeing your doctor, take multivitamins and oral iron to address anemia. Drink plenty of water before exercising in case your symptoms are due to dehydration. It is good that you exercise, keep it up. Get HPV vaccine Wish you good health!
