Yes: Fever and cough are symptoms seen in the COVID infection, as in many other conditions. Self quarantine, maintain optimal hydration and let your doc know about your symptoms.

Agree with Dr. P: Consult your doctor by phone to get a better evaluation. If you develop breathing difficulty go to the nearest hospital at the earliest. Call the hospital before going there so that they may prepare for your care. Wish you good health!
