My 3yo great nephew has an occasional cough, bad breath and his temperature is high a lot of times when i check it. maybe no connection. should i wory?

Maybe: Cough, fever and bad breath in toddlers are common signs of a cold or possibly a sinus infection. If it's just a cold, it should go away by itself with 5-7 days of supportive care; if it lasts longer, he should be seen by a doctor. Preschool aged children typically get 4-6 colds per winter season, sometimes more and this can be normal. You can always ask his mom whether they've seen a doctor.

Yes: There may be no connection with the three symptoms mentioned; however prolonged temperature is something to be concerned about. Your nephew should be evaluated by an md as soon as possible.
