Have a pain in my urethra, no std, no pain during urination and no discharge. my doctor said it's urethritis and i've had antibiotics for a month but pain is still there. it's been 5 months since i've had this pain on and off. what can this be?

Need studies : Maybe you will need to culture a sample from an uretral frotis or urine to know exactly the bacteria causing this symptom to take a more especifica treatment, also an antibiogram of the same sample.
