My baby had something like eczema/rash & reddish kinda blisters on her vagina so i stopped using bum cream & used zinc & castor oil so it went away now it's back again what could it be? i'm using fragranced j&j wipes could that be the reason?

Evaluation: Please see your pediatrician. She may have Strep or Staph infection of the skin and requires treatment. Discontinue wipes, oil and use a thin layer of an antibiotic cream three times daily, until evaluated.
