14 years old - stomach achy, pain, narrow stool and some watery diarrhea. in and out of the bathroom - waves of pain. bum hurts and says she feels like she has to pee but doesnt have to. should i be worried. she does sometimes get ibs symptoms. ?

Probable IBS: Hello, looks like it is part of IBS for her. The gas in the bowel is what is making her feel like she wants to pee because of pressure on the urethra. Just make sure she has adequate fluids and help her relax mindfully. Both of you should meditate in a way that allows you to let go of anxiety.

IBS: Sounds very much like IBS symptoms - she has the diagnosis. Main thing is to keep the hydration good and also make sure that there is no urinary tract infection.
