Yes: You cannot tell the difference, testing will be critical as regular viruses or bacterial infections are still likely. Best resource should be your primary care doc that would be able to coordinate, as to where to go to test. Quarantine would be critical in order to protect the ones around you.

Testing tells story: Both FLU & COVID 19 can cause fever, congestion, cough, fatigue, body aches (& possibly nauseas, vomiting & diarrhea). Testing can help to distinguish the two. An interesting possible symptom of COVID 19 is loss of sense of taste/smell.
