What should i do if i started having flu symptoms, and i work with people who had returned from asia in the last few weeks? coronavirus worries me.

See your doctor: Please see your doctor, who can test you for the flu. Also mention that you work with people returning from Asia. You may need to be tested for coronavirus also. However, if those people aren't ill, it would be unlikely for them to be contagious. It also depends on where they were. People returning now are being quarantined or are self-quarantining themselves at home for a period of time.
