Exam needed: This could be a subconjunctival hemorrhage from a capillary that leaked. This would be a deep red rather than the pinkish color from conjunctivitis. The former requires no treatment, but the latter is treated with antibiotic eye drops. A physician or ophthalmologist would have to examine you for diagnosis, advice or treatment.
