Be more specific: There are so many types of dental surgery, including extractions, biopsies, periodontal treatment, osteotomies, sinus lifts, bone fixation, periapical lesion treatment, etc, etc, etc. Ask a specific question for your condition.

Dental treatment: Surgery may be required for treatment or diagnostic purposes. Many oral conditions/infections/neoplasms are asymptomatic in their earliest stages. For that reason it is imperative to establish a relationship with a local Dentist, and be seen at regular intervals to discover problems when they are small/still asymptomatic/easily treated. See a Dentist and bring a list of questions with you.
