Talk to doctor: I presume your doctor was treated you for laryngopharyngeal reflux. Assuming that you are taking Prilosec correctly (before breakfast) , you may need to take it before dinner as well but should not do so until you have talked to your doctor. If the problem persists, see an ENT doctor.
