Doubt it: Pregnancy triggers a hormone production that stops menses. What you mean by feeling pregnant is not clear but symptoms overlap many other conditions. If your symptoms were pregnancy related you would be shedding hormones in your urine that turn a home test positive.

Unlikely: There are rare cases where a pregnant woman continues to have menstrual periods, but more commonly a woman desiring pregnancy can have pregnancy symptoms (pseudocyesis) yet not be truly pregnant, as evidenced by negative pregnant tests . If pain & bloating persist & you have weight gain, etc, a Dr evaluation & possibly ultrasound & lab tests would be a good idea
