Great Job!: Great Job for completing your Living Well Promise! Remember that it is a slow consistent journey that takes daily commitment, small steps, and yields a healthier life. An easy way to start is to eat high fiber foods with each meal. This is both filling and will decrease cravings. Make a quick list of things that relax you or bring you peace. Engage in at least one of these daily to reduce stress.

Stress/weight loss ?: Weight loss in general after age 40-44 is more difficult secondary to decrease metabolism. The best way to lose is to do regular exercise (30 minutes a day of brisk walking) combined with low carbohydrates ( bread, rice, corn, pasta, sugar) and the realization that it will take longer to see results. Discipline is necessary, but your benefits are significant.
