I consulted with my gp on 18/03/20 & was diagnosed with a kidney infection. i went back for a follow up and there white blood cells were still high (leu 3+) on both occasions. i was given antibiotics at both occasions but i still have the back pain?

Have further studies: Return to your GP or another doctor for further testing. A urine culture can identify the bacteria and which antibiotic to use (some bacteria are resistant). Imaging may show structural anomalies or stones that may keep you from clearing the infection.
