Try other medication: Vertigo is a very disabling condition when it reoccurs. If you have been diagnosed with the benign form you are better off taking meclizine. Epanutin has phenytoin in it and is used for seizure disorders. If not monitored it can be quite toxic. Look up and try the epley maneuver which can relieve symptoms
