For a week now, i have been getting dizzy. i am a 46 years old anemic female, and this is the 1st time this has happened. i was diagnosed anemia 6 years ago and have been taking prescription iron pills. what could be causing the dizziness?

If your anemia is not severe, that is your hemoglobin is above 8g or so, your symptoms may be due to dehydration. Drink enough water daily so that your urine is mostly colorless to ensure adequate hydration. If that does not help, it would be prudent to see a doctor.
