Hi dr. i am currently 8 weeks pregnant and i have been seeing a few very light blood spotting over the past week and saturday night i got a bit more on my tissue and today a bit more on my liner. i dont have abdominal pain or anything.should i worry?

Eight weeks pregnant: Bleeding at 8-10 weeks of pregnancy can be related to a decreased production of progesterone in the ovaries occurring prior to sufficient progesterone manufacture by the placenta. See you OB physician, who may prescribe oral progesterone for a few weeks to aid in the transition from ovarian production to placental production.
