Many possibilities: It is possible, but it could be other things, such as atypical appendicitis, diverticulitis or colitis, urinary tract infection or stone, ovarian pathology. You should see your gynecologist for additional studies, such as ultrasound, physical examination and evaluation of blood and urine.

19 weeks?: If you are truly 19 weeks the likelihood of ectopic pregnancy is very close to zero; most will have ruptured (a surgical emergency) by about 12-13 weeks.
