Sounds like a plan: In general, people with "terrible" pelvic pain, and feeling too weak or dizzy to even walk, need an evaluation at the ER. If it is easy to talk with the ER, one can call first to see what the situation in the ER is. If symptoms are worrisome, or the ER doesn't answer right away, the safest action is to call 911 (or local emergency number) for an ambulance. Such a person should not drive herself.
