Get evaluated: Menstrual Cramps are rarely a sign of something serious, but they can be very disabling. If Advil/Motrin/Alleve is not helpful, see your clinician who can evaluate the cause of your severe menstrual cramps, and possibly perform tests to rule out more serious conditions - i.e., endometriosis, if indicated. They may recommend continuous birth control pill use or a Mirena IUD. Take Care.
