No symptoms/contact: Your sister may have developed a mild case or COVID 19 or remained healthy. Asymptomatic carrier states occur and the individual may continue to shed virus. Avoid contact for at least 14 days from the last contact, and she should continue to monitor her temperature. If she develops symptoms, please call your PCP.

Unclear question: You sister may or may not have gotten infected. It is not possible to know without testing her. About half the people have asymptomatic infections. If you did not have any contact with your sister, you would not be at risk from her. Covid-19: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/index.html Please contact your doctor by phone for further evaluation and mechanism for testing in your area.
