Gas: To prevent excess gas formation, avoid gassy foods and carbonated beverages, and take simethicone 1/2 hour after meals and at bedtime. Consider possible lactose or gluten intolerance or try a fodmap diet. A gastroenterologist would be best to consult as needed.
