No tea: At this age, the baby should not be given tea. Please continue to provide Isomil and watch for signs of dehydration. These signs include dry diapers, dry lips and mouth and reduced tears. Monitor his temperature and if he has a temperature of 100. 4 or higher, please see the Emergency room.

Nothing worrisome: The color of poop is created by the ultra green bile added in transit.It changes through greens to yellows to brown depending on gut germ action & the time it takes to transit. Greener=shorter time. Isomil stools stink. The tea at that age is not appropriate.
