It depends: If your holiday/work trip involves traveling in close quarters on a plane or train or bus, then your risk of contracting covid is much higher. If you are driving to the location and will not be exposed to many people, maintain good handwashing/sanitation and wear a mask, you are much safer.

Concerning COVID?: If this is regarding COVID 19, recommend not going on unnecessary travel to decreased risk of disease transmission.
