Yes: Speak with your OB/GYN as soon as possible. Your OB/GYN can give you a course of oral contraception that can delay your period. You can also speak with your OB/GYN about how oral contraception works and the possibility of skipping your placebo pills from day 21-28 and continuing oral contraception to "skip" periods when it is indicated for different reasons.Discuss breakthrough bleeding too.
