Why does germany have so many cases and so few deaths?

Not clear: This is a good question & I’m not sure anyone knows for sure. Part of it is lots of testing: the more tests done, the more cases found, many of which are mild or asymptomatic . Germans also have a reputation for sturdy constitutions which may also play a role in milder forms of illness
