When will the country be reopened from lock down?

No one knows : No one knows the date, but once the health officials are reasonably confident that there are no new cases of Covid in your area, the lockdown will be lifted. This will probably be a "regional" thing as opposed to the entire country reopening the same day. States that have been relatively unaffected will open first, and then other states will slowly follow. Heavily infected areas will open last..
