It depends: If you live with your Dad, then you are already in close contact and considered a family member. If you wash your hands frequently, continue social distancing and wearing a mask outside , and STAY HOME, you can be with him. If you don't live with him, you could be infected and not know it, and pass the virus to him. In that case you should stay away. Consider his home a protective bubble for him.
