It can cause damage: Severe coronavirus infection can damage alveoli and capillaries of lungs that can progress to ARDS adult respiratory distress syndrome that has been found in most patients dying of pulmonary problems from Covid-19. Must take threat seriously especially if you have underlying lung disease
