Does novel coronavirus attack the entire body, or does it just go after the lungs?

Mostly lungs but...: The small air sacs and bronchial tubes are attacked the most but now they have evidence that those between 30 and 50 years old can develop a stroke. It tends to cause clots in various locations including the extremities, the heart, and now it appears in the brain.
