COVID 19 Testing: Many areas don't have adequate tests to be able to doing testing on healthy individuals. The CDC has provided guidelines for COVID 19 testing at https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-nCoV/hcp/clinical-criteria.html. However, state & local health departments/ providers make actual testing decisions.
