I have asthma and the covid-19 symptoms are similar, such as shortness of breath, and a dry cough. how can i be certain its asthma and not covid-19? what can i do to be certain its asthma only?

Do you have: symptoms that aren't seen with Asthma such as fever, headache, sore throat, feeling tired, loss of sense of taste/smell, decreased appetite, nausea, diarrhea, vomiting, chills without or without shaking & muscle aches? The only way to be absolutely positive is to be tested for the virus.
