I'm 40, male, for 3 weeks i've had post-nasal drip, scratchy throat that i'm constantly clearing, foggy headache/light fever, mild general chest pain?

Sinusitis: Simple viral upper respiratory infections don't last 3 weeks. I suspect sinusitis and/or allergies in view of the headaches and post nasal drip. The chest symptoms are nonspecific. Is there pain on deep breathing or is there coughing? See your physician for diagnosis and treatment.
