Dyspnea: I see you have had a number of tests. Your symptoms seem to be associated with some type of atelectasis. This is a closing off of the air sacs. Common for example after a surgery. I say this because you improve with deep breath and you are able to run without difficulty. A visit with a pulmonologist may be of value.
