A member asked:

33m, normal bmi, nonsmoker. neck/throat tightness with movement (getting worse) but none when jogging/running for 6mths now. tightness/air hunger relieved with rest. tests in past 5 mths: stress test, doppler echo, 3xecg, 3xcxr, neck ct, spirometry

Neck tightness: If all those tests you mention are normal, you are probably fine and do not need to worry. If the neck discomfort is worse with movement that might indicate simple neck muscle strain (especially if neck imaging, etc all normal). You could try taking ibuprofen or naproxen for relief and if that helps, continue for about a week, taking with food to avoid stomach discomfort from these drugs.
