Not necessarily : Breathing can causes changes in the regularity of the heart rhythm. This is called sinus arrhythmia, is normal and usually a sign of health. If your breathing or movement is associated with enough stress the adrenaline produced could cause extra beats from the upper or lower chambers of your heart to occur. This is usually benign.
