College student who was in a bio lab. i have cuts on my hands from dryness and hand washing. the lab used a gel with ethidium bromide. i skipped the lab but had to grade people who did the lab's notebooks. will i get cancer from this due to hand cuts?

Very unlikely: Although chronic exposure can be a problem, there is no indication this would lead to cancer. However, keep an eye out for allergic reaction or infection.
